Prince William and Kate Middleton have been married for almost 4 months now, and what better way to celebrate, then copy dolls. The Kate doll is sporting a replica version of the dress the real Kate Middleton wore at her wedding and Prince William doll is wearing the same Scarlet Irish Guards Colonel uniform. The dolls went on sale in London, 18 August.
Arklu, the British company that makes collectible dealer, says pop is "instantly recognizable, and some might say good kitsch."
Kate's head, however, looks as if it was flattened with a rolling pin. The face is about three times the width of her teeny neck, but exactly the same size her waist, making her the first doll in history, whose waist was not small NOK.
At least she looks absolutely ecstatic to be marrying a royal, while Prince William's plastic toys face is thrown into a strange half-smile, half grimace.
Maybe it's because he knows that from now on he will always play second fiddle to his popular wife. Case in point: you can buy the dolls as a couple or just Kate Middleton doll alone, but those who just want their own Prince William doll is out of luck, writes The Guardian.
