Pak Hotties on Indian Screens

Pak Hotties on Indian Screens

 Nargis Fakhri

Actress/model Nargis Fakhri, who's of Pakistani origin, is gearing up for her dream debut in Bollywood with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar.

The stunner's creating quite a buzz in tinseltown, what with the film generating a lot of curiousity and her alleged link-up with co-star Ranbir a while ago.

As Nargis eagerly waits to see the course her career will take in Bollywood, we take a look at other actresses who crossed borders to try their luck in the Indian entertainment industry.

 Veena Mallik

The vivacious Veena Malik became a household name in India when she appeared on the fourth season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss as one of the inmates.

While on the show, she made sure that she stood apart from the rest of the pack almost at all times. Even if that took flirting with fellow inmate Ashmit Patel or breaking into one of her titillating jigs in front of the mirrors in the house.

The actress is now apparently getting ready for a new reality show.

 Meera

Pakistani actress Meera, who's real name is Irtiza Rubab, made her Bollywood debut with Soni Razdan's Nazar opposite Ashmit Patel.

The film didn't really work at the box office but the actress got into trouble back home for her kissing scene in the film.

 Laila Khan

Laila Khan accomplished what no one else would've either imagined or wished to do. She did lovemaking scenes with Rajesh Khanna in the aptly titles 2008 film Waafa: A Deadly Love Story.

The film was mostly talked about for the infamous intimate scenes. While Rajesh Khanna recieved a lot of flak for his performance, Laila must have probably been lauded for going to THAT extent to launch her Bollywood career!

 Mona Lizza

Actress Mona Lizza made her Bollywood debut with Himesh Reshamiya starrer Kajraare. The film tanked upon its release.

The actress apparently wishes to continue working in Hindi films but we wonder if there're any takers.

 Somy Ali

Somy Ali is mostly remebered as one of Salman Khan's ex-girlfriends in Bollywood. She did star in a couple of forgettable films in the 1990s though- Andolan, Yaar Gaddar and Krishan Avtar being a few of them.

The former actress is now a model and a journalist.

 Zeba Bakhtiyar

The lovely and demure Zeba Bakhtiyar made her Bollywood debut opposite Rishi Kapoor in Henna and recieved a lot of media attention.

The actress was in news recently because of her very public divorce from singer Adnan Sami and the custody battles for her sons.

Salma Aga

Singer/actress Salma Aga was probably one of the most prolific Pakistani celebs in India who appeared in films in the 1980 and early 90s.

She even recieved a Filmfare award for her rendition of Dil Ke Armaan from the 1982 film Nikaah.
